Jerry Has Been Moved to Brooks Rehab in Jax
Jerry was moved from Shands in Gainesville Tuesday July the5th to Brooks Rehab center here in Jax! Brooks is a very good rehabilitation center where he will receive ongoing care and treatment.
Last week when Roz, Jerry's wife, told us about the anticipated move, she said that she'd even be allowed to stay at the facility with him and he maybe allowed visitors, as Roz feels appropriate.

He's still known under his true legal name so be sure to address it to Eddie Jerry Cribbs.
We'll try to keep you updated as we learn more or after we've been able to see Jerry.
